Through diversified creative games, contests, challenges and adventure activities nurture the team spirit, enhance communication skills, understand the importance of mutual trust, the motive to give encouragement and support to co-workers and learn to respect and appreciate the differences and values of individuals and team.
During the debriefing session, coaches will guide each team to do sharing, discussion and reflection. Help them transforming the adventure experience into wisdom and ability. Co-workers can show their mutual understanding, bond together and build up connections. The workplace will become more peaceful and harmonious, hence, productivity can be improved significantly.
